Overview

Welcome to the ASPRIRE CONNECT Mentoring  Program. In this experience, you will complete a 4 week, 4 module self-paced training followed by a mentoring experience. During the training, you will develop competencies to engage on an effective, culturally responsive mentoring relationship, while also improving your STEM self-efficacy and identity. Before you begin, take the preassessment.

Begin the training by reading the “Get Started” document, followed by the “Mentoring  Guide,” which outlines all the tasks that need to be completed.
