eSTEMequity MENTORING
The eSTEMequity Mentoring page provides numerous resources, which was developed for mentees and mentors engaging in peer mentoring relationship. A Handbook was developed specifically for women and minorities in undergraduate and graduate programs across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines. The ideas in the handbook were conceptualized and piloted in 2014 at a private institution as part of a research project; it was then further refined through a series of grant funded projects and research.
eSTEMequity CONNECTION
eStemequity Connection is a calendar of events. The events highlighted are often those hosted through the eSTEMequity related grants. These events provide opportunities to hear from and interact with women and other diverse professionals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). These events are aimed to assist individuals in developing STEM community; STEM self-efficacy; STEM identity; and STEM competencies.
